Sandy Sanderson

I achieved the professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist and belong to the Council of Real Estate Brokerage. I am an experienced broker and a nationally known trainer and negotiator.

During my real estate career I've been an agent, manager, broker, trainer, and software developer. I started selling real estate in Logan and soon became the top producing agent in Cache Valley. I was also the first woman to own a brokerage firm.

I've taught Personal and Professional Power and Excellence Through High Performance for the Women's Council of Realtors all over the country. I taught Graduate Realtor Institute classes for the state of Nebraska and I've spoken for a number of years at the National Association of Realtors national meetings about how to use software to be successful in business.

I was the founding president of the Women's Council Chapters in Logan, Sedona (Arizona), and Las Cruces (New Mexico). I've served on several national committees and chaired two.

I've had broker's licenses in Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Arizona, and Washington.

Clarity Faith Sanderson
I am a native Utahn and grew up in a real estate family, and have been involved in the business of real estate in one capacity or another for the past 20 years. My mother has been in the industry for over 30 years, and my father wrote real estate software. I've lived all over the United States, working with the family software business. I was often asked if I was in the Army. "No, the Circus" I would reply.

I've been a nerd since I was 10 with a fascination for online communication for the last 25 years. I met my husband online! We lived in his home country of the Netherlands from 1999 to 2001. Our son was born there just like his dad, and our daughter was born here in Utah, just like her mom.

On the side, I am an HCG diet coach helping people reach their health goals while guiding them through the emotional ups and downs of the process, and was recently hired by Elase Medical Spa as a coach for their HCG program. I feel it's my duty to give back after achieving such personal success with the protocol.
